Carlos Enrique Guzmán Jaramillo is an Ecuadorian professional with a degree in Computer Engineering, a Master's in Evaluation and Auditing of Technological Systems, and postgraduate studies in Industry 4.0. He currently serves as the Director of Product and Service Development at the Corporación Ecuatoriana para el Desarrollo de la Investigación y la Academia (CEDIA), where he manages over 30 technological services. Previously, he held the positions of CTO and Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of Ecuador's advanced network, which spans more than 6,500 km of fiber optics and connects approximately 60 higher education institutions.

With over 20 years of experience in telecommunications and IT infrastructure service management, his expertise encompasses telecommunications, cybersecurity, and ICT projects.
